After the interview survey questions are put together into a draft that will be sent to you within 1 week. After suggestions from you or the responsible person at your company, we will make the final draft and do the setup for test-driving the whole process.
Delivery Feedback Survey now also has the ability to run external reporting, such as showing the results on Intranets, info-tv in the office and/or inside CRM systems. Delivery Feedback Survey also has the ability to report the negative responses, so that your Customer Relations team can contact them.
